At Fiido, we are committed to your satisfaction and offer a 30-day return window for all e-bikes and accessories in their original condition. We aim to make the process as seamless as possible so you can get back to your adventure with the right gear.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the product in its original factory packaging, ensuring all components, manuals, and chargers are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at the designated carrier location for transit to our inspection center.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days back to your original payment method.
